The decline in rice productivity and the need for efficiency in the harvesting process are important issues in the development of agricultural technology. This study aims to analyze the differences in costs, revenues, and profits of rice farming before and after using a combine harvester in Lohbener Regency, Indramayu District. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach to 44 respondents by proportional random sampling from two farmer groups receiving combine harvester assistance. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using farm analysis and a paired-sample t-test. The results showed that the cost of rice farming per hectare increased by IDR 373.232,45 or approximately 1.53%. Meanwhile, the revenue of rice farming per hectare increased by IDR 2,999,415.63 or approximately 7.20%. The increase in revenue resulted in higher profits from rice farming per hectare of IDR 2.626.183,18 or approximately 15.21%. The results of paired-sample t-test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of p < 0.001, which means there is a significant difference between before and after the use of combine harvesters. This study shows that the use of combine harvesters can increase farm profits and is relevant as a basis for agricultural mechanization policies
